Buttercream Frosting & Filling
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
2-3 tablespoons warm water
In mixing bowl combine powdered sugar, butter and vanilla. Add enough warm water to reach
desired spreading consistency.
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting & Filling
For chocolate buttercream add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to above recipe and additional water to
reach desired consistency.
Cream Cheese Frosting & Filling

4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
In mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and butter add powdered sugar and vanilla. If a
thinner frosting is desired add enough water to reach desired consistency.
