Q.  When will I receive my order?
A.  All orders ship in approximately 3-5 business days.  This does not include time in transit.  All orders ship from
Rancho Santa Margarita, California via UPS.  UPS Ground shipments will reach all continental US destinations in
1-6 business days from the date shipped.  Rush shipping options are available at check out.

Q.  How will I know when my order is shipped?
A.  You will receive a shipment notification from UPS upon shipment of your order.  Your tracking number will be
included and can be easily tracked by following the e-mailed instructions.

Q.  Can I change or cancel my order?
A.  Changes and cancellations can be made if the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us at
customerservice@vintagebakeshop.com ASAP for details.

Q.  Do you offer rush service?
A.  Yes, we can rush ship your order in 2 business days.  A rush order charge of $25 will be billed to your credit card
separately.  This does not include charges for rush shipping if chosen.  Select the "rush my shipment" option at
checkout.    

Q.  Do I have to order custom label mixes in sets of 12?  
A.  No.  Our minimum order for a custom order is 12.  Our favors are sold in sets of 12 since this generally works
well for most customers.  However if you need to order a special quantity please phone us with your order at
877-626-6399 and your request can be accommodated.

Q.  Where are you located?
A.  We are located in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.  This is where all orders will ship from.

Q.  Do you ship internationally?
A.  No, unfortunately at this time we only ship within the continental United States.

Q.  What payment options do you accept?
A.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal payments.

Q.  What if my products arrive damaged?
A.  In the event of shipping damages to your items please notify us within 24 hours at
customerservice@vintagebakeshop.com.

Q.  What if a package arrives late due to weather or unforeseen problems?
A.  Vintage Bakeshop is not liable for delays in delivery due to weather, or other unforeseen problems. Please
choose the appropriate shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these
concerns.
